Home Delivery Service
Enjoy free shipping & Delivery on all orders over $500. IKEA currently works with Tropical Shipping, LLC, who is in charge of shipping your order and informing you of the service conditions in case you need additional information. Once your purchase arrives to your island, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Your order will be delivered to your home within 7 to 9 days from the purchase date.

Tropical Shipping applies marine cargo insurance coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of its Rates.
If the total of the purchase invoice does not exceed $500, we will not be able to offer you free shipping and your order will have delivery costs that will vary depending on the weight. See chart to confirm rates.
All purchases are pre-insured, meaning that apart from the shipping, there is a small additional cost of approximately $10 for your peace of mind. However, if for any reason you do not want to insure your purchase or you have any doubt regarding shipping, you can get in contact at www.tropical.com or by telephone (721 542 5522).
If you notified that you did not want insurance, that will be the moment when you can make any claim. If you have not notified the cancellation of the insurance, you will have 3 working days to make any claim.
