PROMOTION BASES: “15% purchase voucher on chest of drawers”. Valid from August 3 until August 30, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA Puerto Rico") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "15% Purchase Voucher on Chest of Drawers" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Terms"). PROMOTION PERIOD AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from August 3, 2026, to August 30, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, and the Ponce Pick-up Point.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the Promotion Period at any IKEA Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce store in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase selected chest of drawers at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, or IKEA Ponce, excluding delivery, assembly, and installation services, as well as items from the Bargain Corner, will receive the indicated percentage of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA Puerto Rico store or pick-up point, with a minimum purchase of $0. After completing the payment, customers must go to the Customer Service area with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the Purchase Voucher, starting from the redemption date specified below.

Only a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion qualifies for the issuance of the promotional Purchase Voucher. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach the required minimum.

Participation in this Promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and pick-up points, including purchases made through the Telephone Order service.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount, as detailed in section "5. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding delivery, assembly, and installation services, and Bargain Corner items). To claim the prize, the customer must present the physical or digital purchase invoice.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more Purchase Voucher promotions apply to the same purchase invoice, you will receive the Purchase Voucher with the highest value, which may be redeemed at your IKEA store, IKEA pick-up point, or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, cannot be reactivated, and is non-transferable to any individual or third party.

Purchase Vouchers for Kitchen promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the Promotion Period. Items under paid reservation status will generate the Purchase Voucher once the reserved items are physically available at IKEA facilities.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Pick-up Point, online, or through Telephone Orders within the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full within the specified redemption period.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Physical or digital purchase invoice; valid identification document; if redemption is carried out by a representative, the customer's authorization document and the representative's valid identification document, or any other documentation required to verify the legitimacy of the authorization and representation. The value of the Purchase Voucher, or any remaining balance, may not be used to offset outstanding balances on purchases financed with credit cards, nor may it be exchanged for another voucher or cash. The Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen Purchase Vouchers, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability arising from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items included in this Promotion and purchased during the Promotion Period, the credit note will not include the percentage corresponding to the value of the returned item. IKEA's general exchange and return policy applies to items purchased with the Purchase Voucher, subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed through the issuance of store credit notes. Likewise, during the Promotion Period, if a participant exercises our return policy and returns the purchased item, the percentage corresponding to the Purchase Voucher value will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer in order to receive the Promotion, as well as any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to previous purchases of shelving systems or professional shelving, nor to returns of shelving systems followed by the repurchase of the same type of items for the purpose of benefiting from this Promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the database called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Act, ACT NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, participants consent to the use of their registered data by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate future campaigns or promotions, without requiring additional written consent for the use of their personal information for such purposes. In the event of any questions or discrepancies regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the applicable laws of Puerto Rico shall prevail. These Terms will be available throughout the Promotion Period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the Promotion any customers who, directly or indirectly, alter, breach, or violate the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, particularly Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these Terms and Conditions.
