PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher in the outdoor category” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND PROMOTION PERIOD: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on April 23 and 24 on the website www.IKEA.pr and the IKEA INSPIRE APP.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase during the promotion period (excluding transport and assembly services) on the website www.IKEA.pr. and the IKEA INSPIRE APP within the promotion validity period.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: Valid online/web only. All customers who make ONLINE purchases starting from RD$80 in the online category outdoor, which includes the following assortment: Outdoor (1008) Exterior, Tables and chairs (20006) / Tables and chairs (20006), Lounge and relax furniture (20007) / Lounge and relaxation furniture (20007), Outdoor kitchen and accessories (20008) / Outdoor kitchen and accessories (20008), Flowerpots, plants and gardening (20010) / Flowerpots, plants and gardening (20010), Decoration (163) / Decoration (163), Outdoor lighting (106) / Outdoor lighting (106), Outdoor lighting (106) / Outdoor lighting (106), Organization in storage and laundry rooms (20072) / Organization in storage and laundry rooms (20072), excluding transport and assembly services, will receive 10% of the value of their invoice (as a Purchase Voucher to be used at IKEA). The voucher will be generated once the customer completes the corresponding payment. The customer will receive their purchase voucher via email sent to the address registered when making the online purchase through the web channels: www.IKEA.com.do or the IKEA Inspire APP. The voucher may be redeemed between April 27 and May 17, 2026.

THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, this will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social media or in the IKEA Puerto Rico store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase voucher equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport and assembly services). After making the online purchase on the website www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher via email sent to the address registered during the purchase. The voucher may be redeemed between April 27 and May 17, 2026.

7.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documentation. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any responsibility resulting from the acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher.

7.2 In the event of the return of any items purchased in this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as specified in point “5” of these rules, corresponding to the value of the returned item.

7.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made in WEB exclusive promotions www.IKEA.pr and the IKEA INSPIRE app starting from RD$80. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize, and any other unspecified expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum value of $600.
