WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA TASTE BETTER PR

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA KNOW BETTER" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Bases").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico at the Swedish Restaurant of IKEA Bayamón Store and at the Swedish Café of IKEA Carolina on Wednesdays June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, and June 26th (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").

4. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All customers who make a purchase on Wednesdays in June 2024 at the IKEA Bayamón Swedish Restaurant or at the IKEA Carolina Swedish Café (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA FOOD") WITH NO MINIMUM VALUE, who in the same month also make purchases at IKEA Bayamón Store and at IKEA Carolina, and present the IKEA FOOD invoice to the seller or cashier of IKEA Store on the same day of their purchase at IKEA (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunities area) will receive a discount of up to $10 for the value of the purchase made at IKEA FOOD, deductible from their purchase invoice at IKEA Bayamón Store and at IKEA Carolina. A discount of up to $10 applies for a minimum purchase of $50 on purchases made during the month of June 2024 at IKEA Bayamón Store. Invoices are cumulative, with a maximum discount of $10, and can be redeemed until June 30, 2024.

Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at IKEA Bayamón Store and at IKEA Carolina. THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social media, or at IKEA Bayamón Store.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE CHECK PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase check of higher amount that you can redeem through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase check will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.

b) Purchase check promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular bases of the promotion. Redeeming an online purchase check never generates another purchase check.

c) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr

d) In the event of the return of the purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage as appropriate and as specified in "point 4" of these bases.

5. PRIZE: Discount of up to $10 on a purchase over $50 as detailed in "4. Promotion Dynamics" (excludes transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunities area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the IKEA FOOD purchase invoice. The discount is non-transferable, and can be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Bayamón Store or at IKEA Carolina. In case of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points, and the value of transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.

6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE BASES: The mere participation in the Promotion implies the acceptance of these bases and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.

8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 of February 6, 2020, and these bases.
