1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion named “10% PURCHASE CHECK WITH IKEA FAMILY INSTEAD OF YOUR 5%” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the island of Puerto Rico on August 10, 2024. (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”).
4. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All adults who are members of IKEA Family Loyalty, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decorative items (with no minimum consumption) at IKEA Stores and Points, through Teleorders and online purchases during the promotion period.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS
5+5 (10% in CR) customers who register their card at IKEA Store and Points, through Teleorders and online purchases (excluding transportation, installation, and assembly services) within the promotion period, at the time of paying for their furniture and decorative items, will receive a 10% (5% regular + 5% additional) discount on their invoice value in the form of a purchase check, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of $8.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $200.
6. PRIZE: A 10% Purchase Check for IKEA Family Loyalty members (5% regular + 5% additional) as detailed in point “5. Promotion Dynamics” (excluding transportation and assembly services). *Promotional discount not cumulative with other IKEA Family Loyalty card discounts*.
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file named “PROMOTIONS,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, ACT NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.
9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
10. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Regulation No. 9158 of February 6, 2020 and these terms.
