Bases: “NEW FREE SPACE RAFFLE WITH IKEA FAMILY 2025” from October 20, 2025, to November 16, 2025

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“dba IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “DRAW FOR A NEW SPACE FREE WITH IKEA FAMILY 2025” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set out in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 10-20-2025 to 11-16-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All persons aged twenty-one (21) years or older who register and present their IKEA FAMILY loyalty during the Promotion Period at IKEA locations in Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce, Puerto Rico and/or through the Teleorders and Web service (www.IKEA.pr), will participate in an electronic raffle. One specific day will be selected within the promotion dates (from October 20, 2025 to November 16, 2025), and purchases made on that selected day will be reimbursed up to $500 (five hundred dollars) in purchase vouchers to ten (10) customers selected from that day.

   PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher with the highest value, which you may use in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reusable and non-transferable to any third party.

5. PARTICIPANTS: All persons aged twenty-one (21) years or older who make, pay for, and register a purchase with their IKEA FAMILY loyalty during the Promotion Period at IKEA locations in Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce, Puerto Rico and/or through the Teleorders and Web service (www.IKEA.pr).

6. PRIZE: The ten (10) winners selected from the winning day will be awarded the value of their purchase up to a maximum of $500 (five hundred dollars).

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION: The purchase voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Point, online or via Teleorders on the Island of Puerto Rico. The purchase voucher must be redeemed in full from 12/1/2025 to 3/1/2025.

   7.1 To redeem the purchase voucher, the customer must show:

   Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is to be made by a representative, an authorization document from the customer and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document necessary to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the purchase voucher, or any remaining balance, may not be used to offset outstanding balances on purchases financed with credit cards, nor may it be exchanged for cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability arising from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

8. RETURNS: If a participant exercises our return policy and returns the purchased item, they will automatically be disqualified from participation in the promotion. IKEA’s general returns and exchange policy applies to items acquired with the purchase vouchers, subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes.

   All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   This only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional items nor to returns of shelving series purchases for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items to benefit from this promotion.

9. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file named “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent, under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, for participants’ data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions without requiring express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The terms will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.IKEA.pr.

11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and by these terms.
