PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher on sofa beds”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA Puerto Rico") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "10% PURCHASE VOUCHER ON SOFA BEDS" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set out in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Terms"). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from February 2, 2026 to March 2, 2026 (hereinafter the "Promotion Period"), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point and on the website www.ikea.pr.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for purchases during the Promotion Period through any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, via the Teleorders service, the IKEA Inspire App, or at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina or Ponce in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the sofa combination series that includes only PA 0111 sofas (as specified below) at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or in the IKEA Inspire App, excluding transportation and assembly services, as well as clearance and display items, will receive the percentage indicated of their invoice value as a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA store or pickup point. Promotion valid from February 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. until March 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire App. After making payment, whether in store or via online channels, the customer must go to Customer Service with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher starting on the redemption date specified.

Participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and pickup point, including those made via the Teleorders service.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion Period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be issued after the customer makes the corresponding payment. For purchases made online at www.ikea.pr or via the IKEA Inspire App, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and pickup points in Puerto Rico. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or pickup points in Puerto Rico. The cost of transportation will not be refunded in cash and the purchase voucher associated with the original purchase will be cancelled.

Voucher issuance for the promotion applies to a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion. Multiple invoices will not be combined to meet the required minimum.

Purchase vouchers for the promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase and for pre-sale (reservation/item not available) charges if the item is physically present in IKEA facilities during the Promotion Period.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest value, which you may use at your store, IKEA pickup point or online. The purchase voucher is not refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person or third party.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA Pickup Point, on the Web or via Teleorders within the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; valid proof of identity; if redemption is requested by a representative of the customer, an authorization document from the customer and valid ID of the representative or any other document to ensure the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its remaining balance, may not be used to offset outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards nor will it be exchangeable for cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the case of a return of one or more items related to the promotion purchased during the Promotion Period, the credit note will not include the percentage corresponding to the returned item. IKEA's general returns and exchange policy applies to items acquired with Purchase Vouchers, subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed via issuance of credit notes.

Similarly, during the Promotion Period, if a participant exercises our return policy and returns their purchased item, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional purchases nor to returns followed by repurchase of the same type of items to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into a file called "PROMOCIONES", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and consent under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, Puerto Rico law shall apply. The terms will be available during the Promotion Period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms.
