PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher at Beds”. Valid from August 3 until August 30, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% IKEA Purchase Voucher on Beds” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms and conditions established in the present rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in effect on the Island of Puerto Rico from August 3, 2026 to August 30, 2026. Address: Santa Rosa Mall, 1455 Avenida Aguas Buenas, 402 Bayamón, Puerto Rico – 00959. Phone: 787 750 IKEA (4532).

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons who are of legal age and make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period at any of the IKEA Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce stores in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items eligible for the 10% Purchase Voucher on Upholstered and Non-Upholstered Bed Frames (PA 521 and 525) - Minimum Amount US$250, at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point, or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or in the IKEA Inspire APP, excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, as well as clearance items, will receive the indicated percentage of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in any IKEA store or pickup point. Promotion valid from August 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. until August 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire APP, with a minimum purchase of $250. After making the payment, either in-store or through online channels, you must go to the customer service area with your physical purchase receipt, or digital receipt for online purchases, and request the printing of the purchase voucher starting from the beginning of the voucher redemption date specified. Participation in this promotion is applicable to purchases made at IKEA stores and pickup points in Puerto Rico, including those made through the Teleorders service.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be issued after the customer has made the corresponding payment. When making the purchase online on the website www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at checkout.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and pickup points in Puerto Rico. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or pickup points in Puerto Rico following the established policies. The value of transportation cannot be compensated in cash and the gift voucher associated with the initial purchase will be canceled.

For the issuance of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

Purchase vouchers for promotions on the Upholstered and Non-Upholstered Bed Frames families (PA 521 and 525) will be issued based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are in paid reservation status will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically available at IKEA facilities.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest value, which you can use through your store, pickup point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any third party.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA point, online via Teleorders, on the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is made by a customer representative, the customer's authorization document and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its remaining balance, may not be used to compensate an outstanding balance for purchases financed with credit cards, nor may it be exchanged for another voucher or cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of a return of one or more items corresponding to the same promotion, purchased during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA’s general returns and exchanges policy applies to items purchased with Purchase Vouchers, subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes.

Likewise, during the Promotion period, if a participant "opts for our return policy" and returns the purchase of their item, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other standard shelving or professional purchases, nor to returns of standard shelving purchases for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items in order to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Simply participating in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent, under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants for the registered data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. If there are any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be governed by applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: Those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these terms.
