PROMOTION BASES: “CYBER MONDAY - 20% gift card on your online purchases”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “20% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 on December 1 until 9:00 a.m. on December 2, 2025 on the portal www.IKEA.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only for online/web purchases and the IKEA Inspire App. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of at least $80 on the portal www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, will receive twenty percent (20%) of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in-person at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points. Promotion valid from 00:00 on December 1 until 9:00 a.m. on December 2, 2025 for online purchases on www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app. No minimum purchase beyond the $80 threshold.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest value, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable or transferable to any person.

b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher by e-mail once the invoice has been issued and validated/confirmed.

c) Purchase Voucher redemption dates: The date range in which the customer may use the voucher online and/or in-store (IKEA Puerto Rico stores or points) is from December 4 to December 31, 2025 inclusive.

d) The Purchase Voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a Purchase Voucher with a maximum amount of $600.

f) Online purchase voucher promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and the specific promotion terms. Redeeming an online purchase voucher will never generate another purchase voucher.

g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.pr.

h) In the event of a return of the purchase that includes items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the twenty percent (20%) amount as applicable and specified in point 4 of these rules.

PRIZE: A Purchase Voucher equal to 20% of the online invoice amount, to be used online or in-person at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file named “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent, under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, for participants’ data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions without requiring express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The terms will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.IKEA.pr. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and by these terms.
