Refreshing Blueberry Drink
Enjoy blueberry syrup with fresh lemon juice and sparkling water in a glass with a sugared rim. Garnish with fresh blueberries on a sprig of rosemary. Preparing the garnish is part of the fun!

INGREDIENTS
Lemons and mint. Fresh, light, and incredibly refreshing!- 2 dl small ice cubes
- 3 dl DRYCK BLÅBÄR blueberry syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 8 dl sparkling water
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 1–2 dl fresh blueberries
STEP BY STEP
1. For the sugar rim: pour the granulated sugar onto a smallplate, grate the zest of half a lemon over the sugar and rub
together with clean fingers until mixed. Pour a small amount of
honey onto another plate and then gently twist the glass rim to
get an even coverage. Immediately roll or dip the honey-coated
rim into the sugar and zest mix, making sure the mix sticks to
the rim well.
2. Take the rosemary sprig and hold it by the stalk. Take off the
lower leaves to make space for the blueberries. Sharpen the tip
of the sprig so you can easily thread the blueberries on to the
stalk.
3. Pour DRYCK BLÅBÄR blueberry syrup, lemon juice, soda water
in the glass without hitting the sugar rim. Stir to combine with
the sprig of rosemary with blueberries.
