You can choose picking up your purchase at the following IKEA Points: Escorial and Ponce. We'll notify you by email and/or SMS when you can come to pick up your purchase.

Delivery of your purchase in 2-6 days.
To collect your purchases, you must present your identity document, the invoice (physical or digital) and the card used to pay for the purchase. If it is another person who collects the purchase and not the holder of the purchase, you must bring with you the written authorisation showing the full name and ID of the holder, as well as the full name and ID of the authorised person, plus the aforementioned, i.e. ID document, the invoice (physical or in digital format) and the card with which the purchase was paid for.
Remember that, once we have notified you, you have 5 days to come and collect your purchase. After that time, we will be forced to cancel your order.

- If you come to pick up your purchase, we will send you a SMS when your purchase is ready to pick up.
- If you request transportation to your home, the transport company will contact you to specify the day and time delivery.
- If you request parcel delivery, the transport company will send you an email and a SMS confirming the delivery date.
