NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “10% CC BANK TV SERIES BESTA.”

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% CC TV BENCHES BESTA SERIES” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico from September 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”, specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, and on the website www.ikea.pr

3. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period through any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, via Teleorders service, in the IKEA Inspire App, or at IKEA stores in Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce in Puerto Rico.

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the BESTA combination series, including only PA 231 TV FURNITURE as indicated below, at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or the IKEA Inspire App, excluding transportation and assembly services, as well as items from the opportunities area, will receive the indicated percentage of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA store or point. Promotion valid from September 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. until September 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire App, with a minimum purchase of $185. After making the payment, either in-store or online, the customer must go to the customer service area with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher, starting from the beginning of the specified redemption date.

5. PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion Period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be delivered after the customer makes the corresponding payment. When purchasing online at www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire App, the customer will receive their purchase voucher via email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.
   The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in Puerto Rico. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in Puerto Rico. The value of transportation cannot be compensated in cash, and the gift voucher associated with the initial purchase will be canceled.

   For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, only a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach the required minimum.

   Purchase vouchers for promotions of PA 231 TV FURNITURE families will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items in a paid reservation status will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically at IKEA facilities.

6. PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which you can use at your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person or third party.

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA Point, online, or via Teleorders, in Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

   
   To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must show:

   Purchase invoice; Valid identity document; If redemption is requested by a representative of the customer, authorization document from the customer and valid identity document of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its balance, cannot be used to offset outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards nor be exchanged for another or for cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher, and the customer releases the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of accepting or using the purchase voucher or participating in the Promotion.

8. RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items corresponding to the promotion, purchased during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA's general policy for exchanges and returns applies to items purchased with the Purchase Voucher, subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes. Likewise, within the validity period of the Promotion, if a participant "takes advantage of our return policy" and returns their item purchase, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other type of expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the customer.

   Only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelf series or professional series, nor to returns for purchases of shelf series for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items in order to benefit from this promotion.

9. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and, in addition, consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, reference will be made to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.

11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these terms.
