1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called "WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA TASTE BETTER" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico on Wednesdays, February 7, February 14, February 21, and February 28, 2024. (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All customers who make a purchase on Wednesdays in February 2024 at the IKEA Restaurant or Swedish Café (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA FOOD") with NO MINIMUM VALUE, who in the same month also make a purchase at the IKEA Bayamón Store, and present the IKEA FOOD invoice to the IKEA store seller or cashier on the same day as their purchase at IKEA (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunities area) will receive a discount of up to $10 for the value of the purchase made at IKEA FOOD, credited to their purchase invoice at the IKEA Bayamón Store. A discount of up to $10 applies for a minimum purchase of $50 in purchases made during the month of February 2024 at the IKEA Bayamón Store. Invoices are cumulative, with a maximum discount of $10, and can be redeemed until February 29, 2024.
Participation in this promotion is applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Bayamón store. The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social networks, or at the IKEA Bayamón store.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE TO OTHER VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the voucher with the highest amount by email, which you can use through your store, IKEA point, or online. The voucher is not refundable, reactivable, or transferable to anyone else.
b) Voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchases of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules. The redemption of an online voucher does not generate another voucher.
c) The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr
d) In the event of a return of the purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage as appropriate and as specified in "point 4" of these rules.
5. PRIZE: Discount of up to $10 on a purchase over $50 as detailed in "4. Promotion Dynamics" (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunities area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the IKEA FOOD purchase invoice. The discount is non-transferable and can be redeemed by the customer at the IKEA Bayamón store. In the event of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points, and the value of the transportation cannot be compensated for in cash.
6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the Promotion implies the acceptance of these rules and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF FEBRUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.
8. GENERAL: The Organizers may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who have directly or indirectly altered, violated, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
