1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA TASTE BETTER" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this document.

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico at the IKEA Bayamón Store and IKEA Carolina on Wednesdays, April 3rd, April 10th, April 17th, and April 24th (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All customers who make a purchase on Wednesdays in April 2024 at the IKEA Bayamón Swedish Restaurant or the IKEA Carolina Swedish Café (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA FOOD") WITH NO MINIMUM VALUE, who also make purchases at the IKEA Bayamón and IKEA Carolina stores in the same month, and present the IKEA FOOD invoice to the cashier or seller at the IKEA store on the same day of their purchase at IKEA (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area) will receive a discount of up to $10 for the value of the purchase made at IKEA FOOD, credited to their purchase invoice at the IKEA Bayamón and IKEA Carolina stores. Discount of up to $10 applies for a minimum purchase of $50 on purchases made during the month of March 2024 at the IKEA Bayamón Store. Invoices are accumulative, with a maximum discount of $10, and can be redeemed until April 30, 2024.
Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Bayamón Store and IKEA Carolina. The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social media, or at the IKEA Bayamón store.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
a) NOT ACCUMULABLE TO OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher with the highest amount that you can use through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.
b) Purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules. Redeeming an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.
c) The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr
d) In the event of returning the purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percent as appropriate and as specified in "point 4" of these rules.
5. PRIZE: Discount of up to $10 on a purchase over $50 as detailed in "4. Promotion Dynamics" (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the IKEA FOOD purchase invoice. Discount is non-transferable, can be redeemed by the customer at the IKEA Bayamón Store or IKEA Carolina Store. In case of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points and the value of the transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.
6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.
8. GENERAL: The Organizers may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
