These are the Terms and Conditions under which the: "LOW PRICES CATALOG GIVEAWAY" will be developed and carried out online. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and performance of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these bases and of our website.
1- PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”). For the purposes of this contest we make a formal choice of domicile in SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC. 2- DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from February 27 to March 31 ar 11:59 p.m. Those participations that have been made after the aforementioned dates and times will be considered null, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements.
3- PARTICIPANTS: All people over twenty-one (21) years of age who, during the Period from February 27 to March 31 ar 11:59 p.m., have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.
4- CONTEST MECHANICS: NOTHING TO BUY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is completed by completing the form indicated at www.IKEA.pr and confirm your participation by validating your email through the email you will receive after completing the form. The winner will be contacted by phone and by email, so the correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5- THEY ARE EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6- CHOICE OF WINNERS: 5 winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be a winner, the mechanics of the contest indicated in point 4 must have been complied with. Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: 1 purchase check with the value of $500 for each winner. The purchase check will be sent to the prize winners only to the e-mail registered in the participation form. The purchase check is non-transferable and must be used by the customer in its entirety on the web IKEA.pror through teleorders (787 750 4532). The amount of the purchase check may not be used to pay for transport or assembly services nor will it be exchangeable for another or a cash value. The date range in which the winner will be able to use said check in the online and/or face-to-face channel (store or delivery point) covers from April 17 to 30, 2023 inclusive. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase check and the client exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Check or participation in the Promotion. The use of a purchase check never generates new purchase checks.
8- NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: The winner of the contest will be published through stories on Instagram and Facebook on April 10, 2023 in the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified by means of a telephone call or email to the number and email that the winner has provided in the form sent to participate, indicating the steps to make her prize valid. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim her prize. If the winner does not respond to the contact within 24 hours of the end of the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.
9- PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOCIONES", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10- ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT RULES: The mere participation in the Promotion supposes the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent by virtue of the Law of Notification of Privacy Policy, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.IKEA.pr.
11- GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
