LEGAL RULES: “10% discount on furniture transport and assembly services”.

These are the Terms and Conditions under which will be developed and carried out: “Promotion of 10% discount on transportation services and assembly of furniture IKEA Puerto Rico”. The person wishing to participate acknowledges and agrees that the development and implementation of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the terms and conditions of these terms and conditions and our website.

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This promotion will be valid in the island of Puerto Rico from November 27th to December 1st, 2024. Purchases made after the aforementioned dates and times, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements, will be considered null and void.

3. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age, who make and pay for the purchase in physical or online store of one or more items of furniture and decoration and contract the service of transportation or assembly of furniture (excluding the service of kitchen assembly, bathroom installation, kitchen installation and additional services), during the available period of the promotion, as mentioned in point number 2 above. Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.

4. MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION: When making physical or online purchases during the days of November 27 to December 1, 2024 of articles of one or more items of furniture and decoration and hire the service of transport or assembly of furniture (excluding the service of assembly of kitchens, installation of bathrooms, installation of kitchens and additional services), the service of transport or assembly of furniture will have a 10% discount where it covers the transport at the territory level, any additional amount or surplus will be assumed by the customer. Promotion does not apply to parcel service.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. 6. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Trade Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
