PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 until 23:59 on April 3, 2026 on the portal www.IKEA.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").

PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only for online/web purchases and the IKEA Inspire APP. All natural persons of legal age who make a purchase from $80 in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in-store at IKEA Puerto Rico locations.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type appear on the same invoice, the customer will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.

b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via e-mail once the invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

c) Voucher Redemption Date: The date range during which the customer may use the voucher online and/or in person (store or IKEA point Puerto Rico) covers April 4 to April 25, 2026.

d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a voucher with a maximum amount of $600.

f) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms of the promotion. Redeeming an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify dates, or change the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.ikea.pr.

h) In the event of return of a purchase that includes items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) applicable as specified in “point 4” of these rules.

i) A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those acquired in pre-sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

PRIZE: A purchase voucher equal to 10% of the online invoice value, to be used online or in-person at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants for the use of registered data by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for such use of their personal information. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period the Promotion is in effect on the website www.ikea.pr. If a winning participant does not wish to participate in such publications they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com withdrawing their consent. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
