PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “SPECIAL MOTHER'S CONTEST WITH IKEA FAMILY” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Terms of the Promotion”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be effective on the Island of Puerto Rico from April 20 to May 5, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years of age who make purchases of $100 or more and register the purchase with their IKEA FAMILY loyalty, during the Promotion Period at IKEA Points located in Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce, Puerto Rico, including purchases on the website www.IKEA.pr or orders placed through our Phone Orders channel, and in person, will be entered into a raffle to win three gift vouchers in the amounts of $500, $300 and $150. Valid for redemption from May 7 through June 7, 2026. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in a live broadcast on our Instagram & Facebook channel IKEA PUERTO RICO.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type appear on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher with the highest amount, which you may use at your store, IKEA Point, or on the web. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-re-activatable and non-transferable to any individual or third party.

PRIZE: Three winners will be selected to receive prizes in the form of gift vouchers valued at $500, $300 and $150 and a personalized consultation with an IKEA specialist to organize your kitchen with our products.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Store or IKEA Point, on the Web or through Phone Orders, on the Island of Puerto Rico. Purchase vouchers must be redeemed in full from 05-07-2026 to 06-07-2026. IMPORTANT: Vouchers are redeemable only in the kitchen handling and organization category to help you optimize your space with our products. To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must show: purchase invoice; valid proof of identity; if the redemption is requested by a customer representative, a customer authorization document and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The voucher amount, or any remaining balance, may not be used to settle outstanding balances on purchases financed with credit cards nor is it redeemable for cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: If a participant exercises our return policy and returns the purchase made, they will automatically be disqualified from participation in the promotion. The general IKEA returns and exchanges policy applies to items acquired with the Purchase Vouchers subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes. All taxes, fees and/or costs incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional purchases nor to returns of shelving series purchases for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items to benefit from this promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they shall be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.IKEA.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Terms of the promotion.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and by these terms.
