PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “DRAW: Give Mom the new kitchen and enter the contest (we return 50% of your kitchen amount in a purchase voucher)” (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set out in these terms (hereinafter the “Promotion Rules”). TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, IKEA Ponce Pickup Point and on the website www.IKEA.pr.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period through any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, via the Teleorders service, the IKEA Inspire App, or at the IKEA stores in Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the modular kitchen combination series and register using the form (HFB 07 includes only PA-711 kitchen modules, PA-721 doors, panels, plinths, PA-731 fixed internal accessories and PA-741 countertops, PA-635 kitchen faucets and PA-636 sinks. Minimum amount to participate $2,000) as indicated below, excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the clearance area. After payment, the store associate will provide the invoice specifying the draw date.

The participation in this promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA PUERTO RICO stores and points, including those made via the Teleorders service.

THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social media or at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, and the IKEA Ponce pickup point.

PRIZE REDEMPTION:

DRAW: Give Mom the new kitchen and participate

Buy your kitchen and enter the draw where you can receive up to 50% of your purchase amount in a purchase voucher.

Promotion mechanics:

• Purchases with a minimum amount of USD $2,000 participate.
• Up to 50% of the kitchen value will be returned, with a maximum cap of USD $2,000 in a purchase voucher.
• Only kitchen products apply.
• Does not include transportation, assembly services or items from the clearance area.

Winner selection:

• One (1) winner will be chosen using the RANDOM.ORG platform.
• To be eligible, the customer must comply with all promotion mechanics (see point 5).
• This promotion is non-transferable and the prize may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in PUERTO RICO. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in PUERTO RICO. Transportation costs cannot be compensated in cash.

6.1 To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner we may request additional documentation, such as identity card, passport or driver’s license. The customer releases THE ORGANIZERS from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.

6.2 In the event of a return of an item from the combination series subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or transportation cost as applicable and specified in “point 5” of these rules, for the value of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion applies to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores or points and via the Teleorders service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, the customer will receive the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be used in-store, at an IKEA pickup point or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable or transferable to any person.

6.5 For the issuance of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Aggregation of multiple invoices to reach the required minimum will not be allowed.

6.6 Countertops under the Kitchen family promotions will be generated based on items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items sold as paid reservations will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically available at IKEA premises.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules.

PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants for the registered data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, particularly the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
