Bases PROMOTION “10% Purchase Check on your online purchases”.

AUSPICIADOR DE PROMOCIÓN: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct a promotion entitled “10% Gift Certificate on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms and Conditions”).

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be in effect on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 a.m. on May 4 until 9:00 a.m. on May 5, 2025 on the www.ikea.pr portal and on the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

3. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only online/web. All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of $80 or more, on the www.ikea.pr portal or the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, excluding shipping and assembly services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in the form of a Shopping Voucher to be used online. Promotion valid from 00:00 a.m. on May 4 through 9:00 a.m. on May 5, 2025 for online purchases at www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, no minimum purchase.

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

   a) CONDITIONS PROMOTION NOT TO BE ACCUMULATED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS OF SHOPPING CHECKS: if two other promotions of this type coincide in the same purchase invoice, you will receive by e-mail the purchase check of greater amount that can be consumed through store, IKEA point or on the web. The purchase check is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to any person. INDIVIDUALS

   b) Receipt of Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Receipt of the Check dCheck redemption date: The date range in which the customer may use the check in the online and/or in-person channel (store or delivery point) is from May 6 to May 11 inclusive.

   d) The purchase check will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding the application of contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

   e) Online purchase check promotions will generate a purchase check for a maximum amount of $600.

   f) Las promociones de cheques de compra online podrán en algunos casos estar sujetos a condiciones especiales como mínimos de compra o compra de artículos en específico. Estas condiciones se verán reflejadas en la promoción y en las bases particulares de la promoción. El canje de un cheque de compra online nunca genera otro cheque de compra.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr.

   h) Upon return of the purchase made containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include ten percent (10%) as appropriate and as specified in “point 4” of these terms and conditions.

5. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file named “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 6. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.ikea.pr. If the participating winner is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com rejecting his/her consent. 7. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Business Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
