PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 until 23:59 on May 10, 2026 on the portal www.IKEA.pr and on the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid online/web only. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase starting from $80 on the portal www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, and clearance items, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online. Promotion valid from 00:00 until 23:59 on May 10, 2026 for online purchases on www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items; there is no minimum purchase.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

a) NON-CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same invoice, the customer will receive by e-mail the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be used through the store, IKEA point or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reloadable and non-transferable to any person.

b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via e-mail once the invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

c) Voucher redemption dates: The period during which the customer may use the voucher in the online and/or in-person channel (store or collection point) runs from May 11 to May 31 inclusive.

d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding any contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of $600.

f) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms of the promotion. Redemption of an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion terms, as well as the advertised prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.IKEA.pr.

h) In the event of a return of a purchase that contains items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in “point 4” of these terms.

i) A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

PRIZE: A purchase voucher equal to 10% of the online invoice value for IKEA items to be used online or in-person at IKEA Points.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file named “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants for the recorded data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for such use of their personal information for that purpose. In case of questions or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.IKEA.pr. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms.
