PROMOTION NAME: “Catalog Giveaway: We've Lowered the Price”

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the online “Catalogue "We've Lowered the Price" will be conducted and carried out. Anyone wishing to participate acknowledges and agrees that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these rules and to our website.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA"). For the purposes of this contest we hereby elect domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Box 20000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from May 11 through June 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Entries submitted after the dates and times indicated above will be considered null and void, as well as those that do not include all required information.

4. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years of age who, during the Period from May 11 to June 11, 2026, have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.

5. CONTEST MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is by completing the form indicated at www.IKEA.pr and confirming participation by validating the e-mail through the message they will receive after completing the form (with the participant's data). The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so correct registration of personal data will be required.

6. EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") and related companies are excluded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Three (3) winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible to win, participants must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 3.

   Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify individuals who have won or participated in any contests held by the brand or organizer in the past 6 months.

8. PRIZE: One purchase voucher in the amount of $300 for the first selected winner, $200 for the second selected winner, and $100 for the third selected winner. The purchase voucher amount may not be used to pay for transportation or assembly services and is not redeemable for cash.

   Winners may use these vouchers in-store or at the delivery point between June 15 and July 15, 2026 inclusive.

   The Organizers are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of the purchase voucher and the participant releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

   The use of a purchase voucher will never generate new purchase vouchers.

9. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on May 30, 2026 on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. Winners will be notified by telephone call or email to the number and email address they provided on the entry form, indicating the steps to claim their prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.

10. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOCIONES", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 11. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and consent under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants, that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, Puerto Rico law will apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.IKEA.pr.

12. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

13. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
