PROMOTION BASES: “IKEA LOW PRICES CATALOG RAFFLE”. Valid from July 13 to August 15, 2026.

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the online promotion “IKEA Low Prices Catalog Sweepstakes” will be developed and carried out. Anyone wishing to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and conduct of this promotional activity will be governed solely and exclusively by the Terms and Conditions of these rules and our website.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”). For the purposes of this contest, we formally designate domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Buzón 20000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from July 13 to August 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries submitted after the dates and times indicated above will be considered null and void, as will those that do not include all required information.

3. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years old who, during the period from July 13 to August 15, 2026, have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.

4. CONTEST MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is completed by filling out the form indicated on www.IKEA.pr and confirming participation by validating your email through the email you will receive after completing the form (with the participant's data). The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so it is necessary to register personal data correctly.

5. EXCLUSIONS: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.

6. WINNER SELECTION: 3 winners will be selected through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible to win, the contestant must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 3.

   Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any contests held by the brand or organizer in the last 6 months.

7. PRIZE: One purchase voucher valued at $300 for the first selected winner, $200 for the second selected winner, and $100 for the third selected winner. The amount of the purchase voucher may not be used to pay for delivery or assembly services, nor may it be exchanged for another voucher or cash.

   The period during which winners may use these vouchers in-store or at a pick-up location is from August 21 through September 21, 2026 inclusive.

   The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

   Use of a purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner of the contest will be announced via Instagram and Facebook stories on August 19, 2026, on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. Winners will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email address provided in the participation form, specifying the steps to validate their prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.

9. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the database called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participating entrants for the registered data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without requiring express written consent for the use of personal information for such purposes. In case of doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these rules, the applicable law of Puerto Rico will apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.IKEA.pr.

11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion rules.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
