PROMOTION BASES: “15% purchase voucher at Sofas and Armchairs”. Valid from July 20 until August 9, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “15% CC Sofas and Armchairs” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from July 20, 2026 to August 9, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Pickup Point and on the website www.ikea.pr.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for the purchase during the Promotion Period through any of the following channels: online at the portal www.ikea.pr, through the Teleorders service, via the IKEA Inspire App or in IKEA Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce stores in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from HFB 1 Living Rooms in the selected PAs (product area), which includes only sofas, loveseats (PA-111) and armchairs (PA-125), at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or in the IKEA Inspire APP, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, as well as opportunity area items, will receive the indicated percentage of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA store or point, with no minimum purchase amount. From the start of the specified redemption date, the customer must go to the customer service area with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher, from the start of the redemption date specified below.

For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. No sums of several invoices will be made to reach the required minimum.

Purchase vouchers for promotions on the bathroom furniture families (PA-611) and bathroom sinks (PA-634) will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion validity period. Items reserved with deposit will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically present at IKEA facilities.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion Period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be delivered after the customer makes the corresponding payment. When making the purchase online on the website www.ikea.pr or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.

PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which you can use through your store, IKEA point or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable or transferable to any person or third party.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in Puerto Rico. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or point in Puerto Rico. The transport amount may not be compensated for cash value and the cancellation of the gift voucher associated with the original purchase will be processed.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA Point, online or through Teleorders, on the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is carried out by a customer representative, an authorization document from the customer and valid proof of identity of the representative, or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its remaining balance, may not be used to offset any pending balance for purchases financed with credit cards nor may it be exchanged for another voucher or cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items corresponding to the same promotion, purchased during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA’s general exchange and return policy applies to items purchased with Purchase Vouchers subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes.

Likewise, during the Promotion validity period, if a participant “avails themselves of our return policy” and returns the purchase of their item, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional series nor to returns of shelving series purchases for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items for the purpose of benefiting from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without needing express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
