PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will conduct the promotion that will be called "Back to School / Back to The Office 10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms and conditions established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Terms and Conditions").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from Tuesday, September 1st through Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the workspace category at www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").

PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make online purchases from $80 in the workspace category on the www.ikea.pr portal or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, and opportunity items, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a purchase voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the purchase voucher with the highest amount will be sent by email and can be redeemed through the store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivatable, and non-transferable to any person.

b) Receipt of Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

c) Date for Redeeming Purchase Vouchers: The date range in which the customer may use said voucher in the online and/or in-person channel (store or delivery point) is between September 14-30, 2026.

d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum value of $600.

f) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms of the promotion. The redemption of an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion terms, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for just cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr.

h) In the event of return of the purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in "point 4" of these terms.

i) A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all items on reserve are available in store.

PRIZE: A purchase voucher for the value of 10% of the online purchase invoice of IKEA items in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA stores and points in Puerto Rico.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and consent pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 DATED JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms, they will be subject to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect at www.ikea.pr. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in effect in the Free Associated State of Puerto Rico, in particular Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
