PROMOTION NAME: “10% CC Modular Kitchens”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA Puerto Rico") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "10% CC Modular Kitchens" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in force on the Island of Puerto Rico from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Address: Santa Rosa Mall, 1455, Avenida Aguas Buenas, 402 Bayamón, Puerto Rico – 00959 Phone: 787 750 IKEA (4532).

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period at any of the IKEA Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce stores in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the Modular Kitchens department in the selected product areas — this includes only PA-711 kitchen modules, PA-721 doors, panels, plinths, PA-731 fixed interior accessories and PA-741 countertops, PA-635 kitchen faucets and PA-636 sinks — as detailed below, at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Collection Point or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or in the IKEA Inspire APP, excluding transportation, assembly and installation services, as well as clearance items, will receive the percentage indicated of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA stores or points. Promotion valid from June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. until June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Collection Point, with a minimum purchase of $2,000. After making payment in an IKEA Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce store, the customer must go to the customer service area with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher, starting from the voucher redemption date indicated.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be issued after the customer completes the corresponding payment.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points. In the case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA Puerto Rico stores or points. The transportation fee cannot be redeemed for cash and the promotional voucher associated with the initial purchase will be canceled.

For generating the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

Purchase vouchers for promotions covering the PA-711 Kitchen Modules family, PA-721 doors, panels, plinths, PA-731 fixed interior accessories and PA-741 countertops, PA-635 kitchen faucets and PA-636 sinks will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are on paid reservation will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically available at IKEA facilities.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more such promotions appear on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the purchase voucher of the highest value, which you may use in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The purchase voucher is not refundable, reactivatable or transferable to any person or private third party.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION:

RAFFLE: Give Mom the new kitchen and participate

Buy your kitchen and enter the raffle where you can receive up to 50% of your purchase amount in a purchase voucher.

Promotion mechanics: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Point, online or via Teleorders, on the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full within the specified period.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is performed by a customer representative, a written authorization from the customer and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document to ensure the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its remaining balance, may not be used to offset outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards nor be exchanged for another voucher or cash value. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items corresponding to the promotion purchased during the specified Promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage value of the returned item. IKEA's general returns and exchange policy applies to items acquired with Purchase Vouchers, subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes. Likewise, during the Promotion period, if a participant returns the purchase of their item under our return policy, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional purchases nor to returns for repurchasing the same type of items for the purpose of benefiting from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for such use of their personal information. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, Puerto Rico law will apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
