We recommend that you provide us with a preliminary measurement of the space following the guidelines provided by IKEA's expert staff. If you hire installation with IKEA, a measurement by our recommended service provider will always be required; this service will have an additional cost. To hire this service, you must follow these steps:

| Measurement | $50.00 | Consists of a visit to your home to take measurements and review the space where the installation will take place, ensuring that everything fits correctly. If you need to measure more than one space, each measurement must be booked separately. It is important that we have access to the area at the agreed time. If the measurement cannot be carried out, the visit will be considered completed. This service includes:

| Click&Collect | Free. | Consists of a free service that allows you to pick up purchases made through our website or telephone orders at the contact point of your choice. When your items are available, we will send you a notification, but remember that if you do not pick them up within 3 business days after this notification, we will cancel your purchase and refund the amount paid for the items using the same payment method used for the purchase. |
| Parcel delivery | $8.95 | This service consists of delivering new small or medium-sized items that you have purchased through our website, the IKEA Inspire app, or by phone with our Telephone Orders team, and that are identified as parcels. | Pickup of your old sofa | $25.00 | Consists of removing your used sofa when your new sofa purchased from IKEA is delivered. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are disassembled and that their dimensions allow them to be removed through the access door or any other area required to perform the service. As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is free from pests and wood-boring insects. If this is not the case, we will not be able to provide the removal service. Once the removal service has been completed, you may not claim the items included in the service. For mattresses that come rolled, you have the option of having us remove them on the third day. | Pickup for return of small and medium-sized items | $8.95 | Consists of picking up new items that you purchased at one of our contact points through the parcel delivery service and returning them to IKEA for an exchange or return. Food products, made-to-measure countertops, bargain items, display items, already assembled items, and personalized products are excluded from the pickup service, even if they were purchased at IKEA. Likewise, in order for the items to be picked up, they must also comply with our exchange and return policy. | Furniture assembly | 18% of merchandise value, minimum $50.00 | Consists of assembling at your home the items you purchased at one of our contact points, such as sofas, shelving units, office furniture, bedrooms, dining furniture, outdoor furniture, and other similar products that do not have a specific service. To perform the complete assembly, it is important that all elements that are part of the item are included in the service booking. | Disassembly of IKEA items | 10% of purchase amount. | Consists of disassembling and/or uninstalling IKEA items, provided that you have purchased equivalent items at one of our IKEA contact points and have contracted the assembly and/or installation of these items, always at the same location where this service will be performed. Please remember that we cannot guarantee the condition of the items once they have been disassembled or uninstalled, nor any issues that may arise during the disassembly/uninstallation. Please note that we do not perform disassembly/uninstallation on Gypsum board walls. |

The service is available when you have purchased equivalent products at any of our points of sale and have contracted the installation of the new items at the same location where the dismantling will take place.
