PROMOTION BASES: “BEDROOM NIGHTS, 10% gift card on BEDROOM items”

Valid on the nights of February 11, 12, 13, and 14 from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion “10% Purchase Voucher in BEDROOMS” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which shall be governed by the terms established in these official rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on the nights of the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th on the website www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire App (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid online/web only. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of $80 or more on www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the invoice value as a Purchase Voucher to be used online, in-store, or at an IKEA Point. Promotion valid from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on the nights of February 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 for online purchases at www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items.

5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

   a) PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest value, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA Point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable.

   b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Redemption Period for Purchase Vouchers: The period during which the customer may use the voucher online and/or in person (store or pickup point) is from February 16 to March 1, 2026, inclusive.

   d) The purchase voucher will be calculated based on the total purchase amount excluding contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

   e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a voucher with a maximum value of $600.

   f) Online purchase voucher promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms. Redeeming an online purchase voucher will never generate another purchase voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes, notice will be provided on our website www.ikea.pr.

   h) In the event of a return of a purchase that includes items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) benefit, as specified in “section 4” of these rules.

6. PRIZE: A purchase voucher equivalent to 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items, to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.

7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS:

   Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and, pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, participants consent that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they shall be subject to the applicable law of Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the Promotion Period on the website www.ikea.pr. If the participating winner is not interested in appearing in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com withdrawing their consent. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly alter, breach, or violate the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

10. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
