At Sarton Puerto Rico LLC we process the personal data provided by interested persons in order to send our current offers and promotions, offer discounts on services and to generally promote communications between our company and our customers. .
In order to offer you specific products you are interested in we will develop a “commercial profile” for you, based on the information provided. No automated actions will be taken based on that profile.

The personal data provided by users will be kept for a period of four years or until deletion of said information is requested by the interested party Personal data will be retained for the purposes of keeping a history of User’s commercial transactions and distribution of guarantees and offers. - Regulation to Implement the Publication of the Privacy Policy in the Managing of Private and Personal Citizen Data, as complied in Puerto Rico.
- Regulation 8568 of the 9th of May 2015 promulgated by the Department of Consumer Affairs; the Regulation for the Prevention of Fraud in Telemarketing.
- Regulation 8631 from the 18th of August 2015 promulgated by the Department of Consumer Affairs.
- All federal, territorialor local laws and regulations that deal with these subjects.
The prospective offer of products and services is based on the requested consent, and in no case will the withdrawal of this consent reduce company’s rights under this agreement.
