That’s why we offer 90 days to request a return if you’re not completely satisfied with your product, subject to the conditions outlined below.

In case you want to return your product, you must arrange and pay for your own delivery company. Returned items must be unopened, unassembled, unused, and in resalable conditions.
To refund your purchase, both the product and its packaging must be in good condition, clean, and free of stains, damage, or signs of use. If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to refund your payment.
Invoice is required for all returns and exchanges.
As of May 1st, 2021, several of our products must be secured to the wall to help prevent tip-over accidents at your home or business. If a return is requested for these items after improper installation or use, we’ll issue a non-refundable store credit equivalent to the value of the purchase.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following products can’t be returned, even if unused: towels, bedding, blankets, mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, and similar items.
At the time of delivery, please remember to check that all items are complete and in good condition. If you notice missing or damaged items, you must report it immediately to the delivery company and complete the claim form provided.
Once the delivery document is signed, we’re unable to accept later claims for missing or damaged items.
If you detect a quality or manufacturing defect after picking up your purchase, you’ll have 7 calendar days to report it using the provided form below. Please remember to attach photos and/or videos of the defect. Please note that, in the event of a return, we can’t refund delivery or transportation costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
If the refund is processed to a credit card or via bank transfer, it may take 7–10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the processing time of your financial institution. IKEA reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with internal guidelines. This refund policy is subject to the consumer protection laws and regulations of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
