1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion titled “Internet Weekend: 20% Store Credit on Your Online Purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this document ( hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Terms”).

DURATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from Saturday , July 4, at 10:00 p.m. through Monday , July 6, at 9:00 a.m. , 2026, on the website www.ikea.pr and on the IKEA Inspire app (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. PROMOTION DETAILS AND ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: All individuals 18 years of age or older who make online purchases of $80 or more on the website www.ikea.pr or through the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA products— excluding delivery, assembly, and installation services, as well as clearance items—will receive 10 percent (20%) of their invoice total in the form of a gift certificate to be used online or in-store at IKEA locations. Promotion valid from Saturday , July 4 , at 10:00 p.m. through Monday , July 6, at 9:00 a.m. , 2026, for online purchases of IKEA products at www.ikea.pr or via the IKEA Inspire app .
a) Receipt of the Gift Card: The customer will receive the gift card via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.
b) Purchase Voucher Redemption Period: The period during which the customer may use the voucher online and/or in person (at a store or pickup location) runs from July 7 through July 25, inclusive.
c) The gift certificate amount will be calculated based on the total purchase value, excluding any contracted services (shipping and/or assembly).
d) Online gift card promotions will generate a gift card with a maximum value of $600.
e) Online gift card promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase requirements or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be specified in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion. Redeeming an online gift card never results in another gift card.
6. THE ORGANIZERS: may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for just cause. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website www.ikea.pr
6.1 In the event of a return of a purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit memo will not include the ten percent (20%) as applicable and as specified in “Point 4” of these terms and conditions.
6.2 A single gift card will be issued for the promotion, covering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased on pre-order (not physically in stock). This gift card will be issued when all pre-ordered items are available in-store.
7. PRIZE: A gift certificate worth 20% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items , to be used online or in person at IKEA stores .

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions thereof, as well as consent pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, they shall be governed by the applicable law in Puerto Rico. 11. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in effect in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, specifically Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these Terms and Conditions.
