There’s room for 4 pairs of shoes on the shelf, and you enjoy additional space for another 4 pairs of shoes by adding BAGGMUCK shoe mat that fits perfectly.
The shelf is made of stretched metal – a smart way to use as little material as possible, while allowing any dirt to fall through the holes.
The height of the shoe rack’s shelf makes it easy to clean underneath the bench. If you use BAGGMUCK shoe mat, just pull it out when it's time to clean.
You can also place nice baskets or boxes on the shelf for easy access to gloves and hats or other smaller items.
The frame is made of durable and timeless powder-coated steel, while the seat of the bench is made of fiberboard so it’s softer for you to sit on.
Complete your bench with chair pads for even better comfort, IKEA has a wide selection of styles and colors.

With NIPÅSEN coat rack and bench with shoe storage, we managed to improve functionality, reduce the amount of material, and lower the price of a hallway storage product that was previously in the range. That feels good, especially as we know that hallways are often limited spaces that come with many practical challenges.

When I designed NIPÅSEN, I wanted to create open and easily accessible storage where everyone in the family can find a hook or a shelf, transforming the returning home activity into a seamless and organised ritual.
