PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher on your online purchases.”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”).

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be in effect in the Island of Puerto Rico From Saturday 20 at 10:00 p.m. until Monday 22 at 9:00 a.m. of June 2026 on the portal www.IKEA.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”).

3. PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only online/web. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay the online purchase from $80, on the portal www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA articles, excluding transport, assembly and installation services, and opportunity items, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a purchase voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA Points. Promotion valid From Saturday 20 at 10:00 p.m. until Monday 22 at 9:00 a.m. of June 2026 for online purchases on www.IKEA.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA articles.

4. PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

   a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if in the same purchase invoice two or more promotions of this type coincide, the purchase voucher of the highest amount will be received by email, which may be used through the store, IKEA point or on the web. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivated nor transferable to any person.

   b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and the same has been validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Voucher redemption date: The date range in which the customer may use said voucher in the online and/or in-person channel (store or delivery point) covers from June 23 to July 5 inclusive.

   d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).

   e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher of a maximum amount of $600.

   f) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms of the promotion. The redemption of an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion terms, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr

   h) In the event of the return of the purchase made containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in “point 4” of these terms.
   
   i) A single purchase voucher will be generated for the promotion, considering both the items that had stock availability at the time of purchase and those acquired in pre-sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

5. PRIZE: A purchase voucher equal to 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA articles in a purchase voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.

6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: The mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants, that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without requiring express written consent for the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect on the website www.IKEA.pr. 8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms.
