1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (dba IKEA Puerto Rico) (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion entitled "Free Transport Promotion at Carolina Store" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from March 20th to March 31st, 2024. Entries made after the dates and times mentioned above, as well as those that do not include all the required information, will be considered void (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: By making only physical purchases at the IKEA Carolina store of bulky items worth $1,000 or more, transportation service will be free up to a certain extent within the territory; any additional or excess amount will be borne by the customer. Purchases made on our website www.IKEA.pr, Inspire App, Teleorders, and other CMP (Bayamón or Ponce Store or Delivery Points) do not qualify for the promotion. Valid from March 20th to March 31st, 2024.
5. PARTICIPANTS: All individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older, who have made a physical purchase during the available period of the promotion at the IKEA Carolina store, as mentioned in point number 2.
6. PRIZE: All individuals who purchase items at the physical IKEA Carolina store totaling over $1,000 during the Promotion Period will receive: Free Transport to be provided after the customer makes the corresponding payment.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.IKEA.pr.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA).
