PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the nights of October 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for purchases in HFB01 BEDROOMS) on the portal www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”).

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only online/web. All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase starting at $80 on the portal www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation and assembly services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Voucher to be used online, in-store, or at an IKEA point. Promotion valid from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the nights of October 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for online purchases at www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items.

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

   a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the purchase voucher of the highest amount will be received by email and can be used in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.

   b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Redemption date of the Purchase Vouchers: The date range in which the customer may use said voucher online and/or in person (store or delivery point) is from October 7 to November 2, 2025, inclusive.

   d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase, excluding contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

   e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of $600.

   f) Online purchase voucher promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular rules of the promotion. The redemption of an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be made on our website www.ikea.pr.

   h) In the event of a return of the purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as appropriate and as specified in “point 4” of these rules.

5. PRIZE: A purchase voucher worth 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items, to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.

6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and, in addition, consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, reference will be made to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com declining their consent. 8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

9. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
