1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers") will conduct the promotion called "IKEA Family Anniversary Scratch-Off 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Rules"). In accordance with Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158, the Promotion constitutes a commercial promotion and not a drawing, raffle, or game of chance.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid at the IKEA stores in Bayamon, Ponce, and Carolina on the island of Puerto Rico from September 14 through September 27, 2026, subject to prize availability (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Promotion exclusively for IKEA Family members. To participate, the customer must make a checkout purchase of US$100 or more at IKEA Bayamon; at the IKEA Ponce and Carolina stores, the customer must make purchases of US$80 or more, according to the terms established for the Promotion. Each scratch-off card will show the prize won or, where applicable, the message "Better luck next time." The prize must be claimed according to the instructions provided by IKEA.
Only 1 scratch-off card will be provided per person, per receipt, per day; the receipt must correspond to a purchase made that same day. Receipts from previous days do not apply.
The Promotion applies only to purchases made at the checkout. It does not apply to purchases made in the Showroom, on the website, through Telephone Orders, or at the Restaurant, Cafe, Bistro, or Swedish Shop at IKEA stores.
Employees of Sarton Puerto Rico LLC (IKEA), as well as their family members and close associates, may not participate in the Promotion. This includes individuals who may have a direct relationship with an employee and who, at the discretion of Sarton Puerto Rico LLC, may represent a conflict of interest.
5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the Promotion or modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these Promotion Rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the Promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.ikea.pr
6. VALIDITY: The Promotion will be available during the period established for the celebration of the Puerto Rico anniversary with IKEA Family 2026, subject to prize availability. From September 14 through September 27, 2026.
7. PRIZES: Prizes may include furniture, decorative items, US$50 and US$80 Gift Cards, and food combos.
a) Merchandise prizes: Merchandise awarded as a prize, including furniture and decorative items, may not be returned, exchanged for another item, or replaced with cash. Prizes are subject to availability.
b) Food combos: Food combos obtained as prizes will be available for redemption until the Promotion end date according to the Promotion Period. They may not be exchanged for cash or other products.
c) Gift Cards: Gift Cards of US$50 and US$80 obtained as prizes will be available for use until October 31, 2026. The applicable IKEA Gift Card terms and conditions apply. Gift Cards are exclusively for purchases of IKEA products and do not include services or IKEA Food (Restaurant, Cafe, Bistro, or Swedish Shop).
Prizes won in the Promotion may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Prizes are subject to availability and will be awarded while supplies designated for the Promotion last.
The Organizers are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of the scratch-off card, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from accepting or using the scratch-off card or participating in the Promotion. This is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
The delivery of one scratch-off card does not generate additional scratch-off cards or entitlement to additional prizes.

9) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these rules and consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the recorded data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to provide express written consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In the event of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these rules, Puerto Rico law shall apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. If the participating winner is not interested in appearing in these publications, they may email lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. 10) APPLICABLE LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules. This initiative constitutes a commercial promotion and not a drawing, raffle, or game of chance; therefore, specific regulations on games of chance do not apply. In the event of any doubt or discrepancy in its interpretation, Puerto Rico law shall apply.
11) GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the Promotion customers who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
