Terms and conditions of the IKEA physical gift card
With this Card, you can make payments at your IKEA Puerto Rico store or point of sale. This Card is for personal and non-transferable use and has no value until activated by making a purchase at our checkout counters. The minimum amount to load the Card is $10. Remember that you can check the balance of the Card at your IKEA store, it's not necessary to use its full value at once, and it's not reloadable.
This Card is valid only for your furniture and home decoration purchases, not for use on www.ikea.pr, IKEA APP, Restaurant or Swedish Shop, or additional services such as Transport and Assembly or Phone Orders. The Card will have a validity period of 5 years from the purchase date at IKEA Puerto Rico; once expired, the amount cannot be recovered. It's important to note that, in case of loss or theft, this Card cannot be replaced. Finally, we remind you that the return policy for merchandise purchased with this Gift Card is the same as that of the store, except that in cases of refunds, credit notes will be issued instead of cash refunds. This product complies with the provisions of Law No. 31 of March 19, 2015, and with Regulation # 9158 of DACO dated February 6, 2022.
