These are the Terms and Conditions under which the “Sorteo Catálogo Descanso en orden” will be developed and held online. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these rules and of our website.
1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”). For the purposes of this contest, we formally choose domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Box 20000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.
2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from June 08 to July 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Participations submitted after the dates and times indicated above, as well as those that do not include all requested requirements, will be considered null.
3. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years old who during the period from June 08 to July 8, 2026 have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.
4. CONTEST MECHANICS: NOTHING TO BUY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is by completing the indicated form on www.IKEA.pr and confirming your participation by validating your email through the email you will receive after completing the form (with the participant’s details). The winner will be contacted by telephone and by email, so correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5. EXCLUDED: Employees and relatives of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6. WINNER SELECTION: 3 winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be declared a winner, you must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 3.
Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: 1 purchase check with a value of $300 for the first selected, $200 for the second selected and $100 for the third selected. The amount of the purchase check may not be used to pay for transportation or assembly services, nor may it be exchanged for another check or a cash amount.
The date range in which winners may use these checks in-store or at a delivery point covers from July 10 to August 10, 2026 inclusive.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase check, and the customer exempts the Organizers from any liability as a result of acceptance or use of the purchase check or participation in the Promotion.
The use of a purchase check never generates new purchase checks.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The contest winner will be published via Instagram and Facebook stories on July 9, 2026 on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. Winners will be notified by phone call or email at the number and email address they provided in the form submitted to participate, indicating the steps to validate their prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.
9. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect on the website www.IKEA.pr.
11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
