PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “Nighttime offer in living rooms: 10% purchase voucher on your online purchases.”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “Night offer in the living room area: 10% in store credit on your online purchases.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from Monday 5 to Friday 9 October 2026, from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., in the living room category on www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire app (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons over 18 years of age who make online purchases from $80 on living room items through the portal www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app on IKEA products, excluding transport, assembly, and installation services, and clearance items, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice as a store credit to be used online or in person at IKEA points.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

a) PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER STORE CREDIT PROMOTIONS: if more than one promotion of this type is applied to the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive by email the store credit for the higher amount, which may be redeemed through the store, an IKEA point, or online. The store credit will not be refundable, reactivated, or transferable to any person.

b) Receipt of the Store Credit: The customer will receive the store credit by e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

c) Redemption date of Store Credits: The date range in which the customer may use the credit online and/or in person (store or delivery point) runs from 11 to 31 October 2026.

d) The store credit will be calculated on the total value of the purchase, excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).

e) Online store credit promotions will generate a store credit with a maximum amount of $600.

f) Online store credit promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchases of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the promotion’s specific rules. Redeeming an online store credit never generates another store credit.

g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be given on our website www.ikea.pr.

h) In the event of a return of the purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) corresponding, as specified in section “point 4” of these rules.

i) A single store credit will be issued for the promotion, taking into account both the items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased in advance sale (without physical stock). This credit will be issued when all reserved items are available in the store.

PRIZE: A store credit equal to 10% of the value of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items, to be used online or in person at IKEA stores and points of sale in Puerto Rico.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOCIONES,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF 24 JANUARY 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for those purposes. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The rules will be available throughout the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customer who directly or indirectly has altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated 6 February 2020 and these rules.
