Arepa with meatballs
We present you a deliciously simple dish, thought specially so you save time in the kitchen without renouncing to the best Swedish taste mixed with Latin food. A recipe designed to cook today and enjoy eating for several days.


INGREDIENTS
- 8 arepas
- Half a red onion
- Half a cucumber
- 8-10 HUVUDROLL meatballs of your choice
- 1 large tomato
- A small bunch of cilantro
- 1 cup sour cream


Serves 8 15 minutes
STEP BY STEP
- Cook the meatballs in the pan, oven or microwave.
- Chop the tomato, cilantro and cucumber.
- Cut the onion into strips.
- Assemble your arepas by adding: one or two meatballs in half, tomato, onion, cucumber and a spoonful of sour cream. Finish with cilantro.
