Waffles with vanilla ice cream and jams
Turn any moment into a special treat with this delicious recipe featuring warm waffles, vanilla ice cream, blueberry or strawberry jam, and a smooth chocolate sauce. Easy to prepare and perfect for sharing, it brings together flavors and textures the whole family will love.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of VÅFFLOR waffles (12 pieces).
- Vanilla ice cream (1 scoop / 3–4 oz per waffle).
- SYLT BLÅBÄR blueberry jam.
- SYLT JORDGUBB strawberry jam.
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar.
- Chopped hazelnuts (optional).
For the chocolate sauce:
- 3.5 oz of heavy cream.
- 2.8 oz of CHOKLAD MÖRK dark chocolate.

For the chocolate sauce:
- 3.5 oz of heavy cream.
- 2.8 oz of CHOKLAD MÖRK dark chocolate.

Serves 6-10 60 min.
STEP BY STEP
- Heat the VÅFFLOR waffles according to the package instructions.
- Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on each hot waffle.
- Add SYLT BLÅBÄR and SYLT JORDGUBB to taste, along with toppings such as hazelnuts.
- Pour the hot chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For the chocolate sauce:
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it’s very hot, but don’t let it boil too much. Then turn off the heat.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the hot cream. Stir slowly until the chocolate has completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
