PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher on modular kitchens”. Valid from July 1 until July 31, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Modular Kitchens Purchase Voucher” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in this regulation (hereinafter referred to as “The Terms of the Promotion”). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Pickup Point stores.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period at any IKEA Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce location in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from HFB 7 Modular Kitchens only in the following product areas: kitchen modules (PA-711), doors, panels and plinths (PA-721), fixed interior accessories (PA-731), countertops (PA-741), kitchen faucets (635) and sinks (PA-636), at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, or the Pickup Point, excluding transport, assembly and installation services, as well as opportunity area items, will receive the percentage indicated of their invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA Puerto Rico store or point, with a minimum purchase of $2,000. After payment, they must go to the customer service area with their purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher, starting from the redemption date specified below.

For the generation of the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that meets the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and pickup point, including those made through the Teleorders service.

PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excluding transport, assembly and installation services, and items from the opportunity area). To claim the prize it is essential that the customer presents the physical or digital purchase invoice.

PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more such promotions coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the purchase voucher of the greater amount, which may be used through your store, pickup point or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-recreatable, and non-transferable to any other person or third party.

Purchase vouchers for the Kitchen family promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items on paid reservation will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically received at IKEA facilities.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Point, online, or through Teleorders, within Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice (physical or digital); valid proof of identity; if redemption is requested by a customer's representative, an authorization document from the customer and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its balance, may not be used to settle outstanding balances for credit card financed purchases nor may it be exchanged for another voucher or monetary value. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer exempts the Organizers from any liability as a result of acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items corresponding to the promotion during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA's general exchange and return policy applies for items purchased with Purchase Vouchers subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes. Likewise, during the Promotion period, if a participant returns their purchase under our return policy, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the customer's sole responsibility.

Only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other shelving series or professional purchases nor to returns of shelving series purchases for subsequent repurchasing of the same type of items in order to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Merely participating in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent pursuant to the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for those purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Terms of the Promotion.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms.
