True convection blows hot air through an extra heating element in the back of the oven. It cooks faster and outperforms standard convection when it comes to baking, browning and dehydrating food.
The self-cleaning function burns grease and food residue to ashes that can easily be wiped off. It can be programmed from 2-4 hours depending on the need for deep cleaning.
The Steam clean function cleans light soils in 20 minutes and is both chemical- and odor-free.
The temperature probe detects and alerts when the desired cooking temperature has been reached and automatically switches to the keep warm setting.
Timer up to 12 hours, sounds when the cooking time you set is reached.
The oven preheats quickly, reaching the set temperature in just a few minutes.
When activated, the lockout feature automatically locks the oven door and prevents the oven from being turned on.
