1. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from 1.03.24 to 14.04.24 (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANISM AND PARTICIPANTS: ALL PURCHASES PARTICIPATE WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE OF US$1,500. All individuals of legal age who make and pay for the purchase either online at the www.ikea.pr portal or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items as well as in Store and IKEA Points in Puerto Rico, excluding transportation and assembly services, will receive a "10% Gift Check in Kitchens HFB07, Minimum Amount US$1,500 from 1.03.24 to 14.04.24" of the value of their invoice in a Purchase Check to be used online or in any of the stores. Promotion valid from 1.03.24 to 14.04.24 minimum purchase of $150 dollars.
5. PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE TO OTHER PURCHASE CHECK PROMOTIONS:If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase check with the highest amount, which you can use through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase check is not refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any person.
b) Receipt of the Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.
c) Purchase Check Redemption Date: The range of dates in which the customer can use said check online and/or in-person (store or delivery point) covers from April 15, 2024, to April 30, 2024.
d) The purchase check will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).
e) Online purchase check promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchases of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion bases. The redemption of an online purchase check never generates another purchase check.
f) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr
g) In the event of the return of the purchase made containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percent as appropriate and as specified in "point 4" of these bases.
