1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion that will be called “10% IN PURCHASE CHECK ON ONLINE PURCHASES OVER $80” (hereinafter called “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the bases established in this document (hereinafter called “The Promotion Bases”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: YELLOW DAY “10% Purchase Check on your online purchases starting at $80” This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico for 56 hours from 7/6/2024 at 0 :00 until 7/8/2024 at 8:00 am, on the portal www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period”).

DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION AND PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of more than $80 on the www.ikea.pr portal or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transportation and assembly services You will receive ten percent (10%) of your invoice value in a Purchase Check to be used online.
5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION CANNOT BE CUMULATED WITH OTHER PURCHASE CHECK PROMOTIONS: if two more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase check of the largest amount that you can consume through your store, IKEA point or on the web. The purchase check will not be refundable or reactivable or transferable to any person.
b) Reception of the Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and it has been validated and/or confirmed.
c) Purchase Check redemption date: The date range on which the customer can use said check in the online and/or in-person channel (delivery point) covers July 9 to 20, 2024 inclusive.
d) The purchase check will be calculated based on the total value of the purchase, excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).
e) Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as purchase minimums or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular bases of the promotion. Redeeming a purchase check online never generates another purchase check.
f) Online purchase check promotions will generate a purchase check for a maximum amount of $600.
g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion bases, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, we will notify you on our website www.ikea.pr
h) Upon return of the purchase made containing items that are the subject of this promotion, the credit note will not include ten percent (10%) as appropriate and as specified in “point 4” of these rules.
6. PRIZE: A purchase check for the value of 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items in a Purchase Check to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. If there are doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the law applicable in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. If the participating winner is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com rejecting their consent. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the ppromotion to those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
