PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% off purchase voucher on PAX closet frames” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the bases established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Bases”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Island of Puerto Rico from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period,” specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, and on the website www.ikea.pr
PARTICIPANTS: All legal age individuals who make and pay for purchases during the promotion period through any of the following channels: online at the portal www.ikea.pr, through the Teleorders service, in the IKEA Inspire App, or in the IKEA Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce stores in Puerto Rico.
PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the combination series indicated below, at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or in the IKEA Inspire App, excluding transport and assembly services, as well as items from the opportunities area, will receive the indicated percentage of their invoice value in a purchase voucher to be used online or in any IKEA store. Promotion valid from October 1, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. to October 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. in IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire App, with a minimum purchase of $150. After payment is made, either in-store or through online channels, you must go to the customer service area with your purchase receipt and request the printing of the purchase voucher, starting from the date specified for redemption.
Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made in stores and the IKEA point in Puerto Rico, including those made through the Teleorders service.

PRIZE: All individuals who purchase the specified items during the promotion period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be delivered after the customer makes the corresponding payment. When making the purchase online on the website www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire App, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.
The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and can be redeemed by the customer at any IKEA store and point in Puerto Rico. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in Puerto Rico. The value of transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value, and the gift voucher associated with the initial purchase will be canceled.
To generate the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice must meet the minimum amount required by the promotion. No summation of several invoices will be made to reach the minimum required.
The purchase vouchers for the PAX and Kitchen families will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are on paid reservation will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically present at IKEA facilities.
PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the higher amount purchase voucher by email, which can be consumed through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher will not be refundable, reactivatable, or transferable to any individual or third party.
REDEMPTION OF PRIZES: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA Point, on the Web, or through Teleorders, in the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.
To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:
Purchase invoice; Valid identification document; if the redemption is intended by a representative of the customer, authorization document from the customer and valid identification document of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative.
The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or the balance of it, cannot be used to offset pending balance for purchases financed with credit cards, nor can it be exchanged for another or cash value. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher, and the customer exempts the Organizers from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.
RETURNS: In the event of the return of one or more items corresponding to the promotion, purchased during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA’s general policy for exchanges and returns applies to items purchased with the Purchase Voucher subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes.
Similarly, during the validity of the Promotion, if a participant "invokes our return policy" and returns their item purchase, the percentage of the Purchase Voucher value will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified type of expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelf series or professional series, nor to returns for purchases of shelf series for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items in order to benefit from the present promotion.
