The present are the Terms and Conditions under which it will be developed and made online the: “IKEA CATALOGUE PROMOTION”. The person that wants to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and implementation of this promotional activity will be subjected only and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of the present terms and to our webpage.

TIME AND GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the island of Puerto Rico from the 1st of August to the 31st of December 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Participations will be considered null if they have been made after the date and hours mentioned before, as well as those that do not include all the requierements.
3. PARTICIPANTS: All people over twenty-one (21) during the period of from the 1st of August to the 31st of December of 2023 that have followed the steps from the promotion instructions.
4. DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION: NOTHING TO PURCHASE TO PARTICIPATE. You can participate filling in the form indicated at www.IKEA.pr and confirm your participation validating your email through the mail you will receive after filling the form. The winner will be contacted via telephone or email, therefore the correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5. ARE EXCLUDED: Workers and relatives of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") and associated companies are excluded.
6. CHOOSING THE WINNERS: 10 winners will be chosen through the platform RANDOM.ORG. To win you must have complied with the mechanisms of the promotion indicated in the point 4.
Note: IKEA Puerto Rico can disqualify the people that have won or participated in any of the contests or promotions in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: 1 purchase voucher valued in $100 for each winner.
The purchase voucher will be sent to the prize winner only to the email registered in the form for the participation. The purchase voucher is not transferable and has to be use by the client in its totality at the web www.IKEA.pr oor through teleorders (787 750 4532).
The purchase voucher amount cannot be user to pay the transportation or assemblage services nor will it be exchangeable for another one or for its cash value.
The date range in which the winner can use said voucher via online and/or in person (store or pick up point) goes from the 12th of January to the 29th of February 2023 inclusive.
The Organziers are not to be held responsible in case of loss or sustraction of the purchase voucher and the client exempts the Organizers of any responsibility as a result of the acceptance of the use of the Purchase voucher or the participation in the Promotion.
The use of the purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.
8. NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNER AND GIVING THE PRIZE: The winner of the promotion will be published through Instagram and Facebook stories the 11th of January 2023 at the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified via telephone call or email to the number and email address that the winner has provided in the form sent to participate, indicating the steps to make their prize valid. The organizer will not be held reponsible for expenses that the winner incurs to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to the contatc for the next 24 hours of the promotion ending, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT RULES: The mere participation in the Promotion supposes the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent by virtue of the Law of Notification of Privacy Policy, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the webwww.ikea.pr.
11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these bases.
