These are the Terms and Conditions under which the: “2 YEARS BRINGING YOUR IDEAS TO LIFE WITH IKEA FAMILY” contest will be developed and carried out online. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these bases and our website.

2- DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from September 11 to 24, ending on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 11:59 pm Those participations that have been made after the aforementioned dates and times will be considered void. as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements.
3- PARTICIPANTS: All people over eighteen (18) years of age who, during the Period from September 11 to September 24, have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.
4- CONTEST MECHANICS: You participate by completing the form in www.IKEA.pr registering up to 5 invoices for purchases made in IKEA stores or delivery points during the contest period. This promotion has a minimum purchase of US$100 to participate. The winner will be contacted by telephone and email, so correct registration of personal data will be necessary.
5- ARE EXCLUDED:Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6- CHOICE OF WINNERS:12 winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be a winner, you must have complied with the contest mechanics indicated in point 4.
Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: 2 purchase checks of $2,000 and 10 purchase checks of $400 dollars.
The purchase check is non-transferable and must be used by the customer. The amount of the purchase check cannot be used to pay for transportation or assembly services nor will it be exchangeable for another or a cash value.
The date range in which the winner can use said check in the online and/or in-person channel (store or delivery point) covers from October 2 to 15, 2023 inclusive.
The Organizers are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of the purchase check and the customer exempts the Organizers from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Check or participation in the Promotion.
Using a purchase check never generates new purchase checks.
8- WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner of the contest will be published through stories on Instagram and Facebook on September 29, 2023 on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email that the winner has provided in the form sent to participate, indicating the steps to validate the prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim their prize, it must be picked up at the IKEA Bayamón store facilities. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours of ending the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.
9- PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. If there are doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the law applicable in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the webwww.IKEA.pr.
11- "USE OF NAME OF WINNERS AND IMAGE”: If the participating winner is not interested in participating in these publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com rejecting their consent. 12- GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
13- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
