PROMOTION BASES: FIKA Magazine (JAN-MAR 2026)

Valid from 01/01/2026 to 03/18/2026

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will run a contest (hereinafter the "Promotion") among persons who make purchases at the IKEA Bayamón Swedish Food Market or of Swedish Food Market products at IKEA Carolina, which will be governed by the terms set out in this document (hereinafter the "Promotion Terms").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in force on the Island of Puerto Rico at the IKEA Bayamón and IKEA Carolina stores. Participation is allowed from 01/01/2026 up to and including 03/18/2026. The selection of winners will take place on 03/20/2026. The voucher will be valid until 04/30/2026 to be used for food products from the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Bayamón or Swedish Food Market products at IKEA Carolina.

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS: To participate in the promotion you must spend a minimum of $20 in a single purchase at the IKEA Bayamón Swedish Food Market or on Swedish Food Market products at the IKEA Carolina Swedish Café. Then, participants must complete a form and register their purchase receipt on the website www.ikea.pr, which can be accessed via the URL or by scanning the QR code that will accompany the communication in the magazine in both the print and digital versions.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One winner will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible to win, the participant must have complied with the promotion mechanics indicated in point 4. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email once their names are drawn.

6. PRIZE: an IKEA shopping voucher worth $100 for the winner to be used at IKEA Bayamón or IKEA Carolina. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, alternates will be contacted. The voucher will be valid until 04/30/2026 to be used for food products from the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Bayamón or Swedish Food Market products at IKEA Carolina.

7. COMMUNICATION: The promotion will be communicated in FIKA Magazine, effective from 01/01/2026 until 03/31/2025, as well as through social networks, the website www.ikea.pr, newsletters and physically in the IKEA Bayamón and IKEA Carolina stores.

8. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms of the promotion.

9. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent, under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the recorded data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, Puerto Rican law will apply. The terms will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr.

11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these terms.
