PROMOTION BASES: “LIFE BEGINS IN THE KITCHEN RAFFLE CATALOG.”

The following are the Terms and Conditions under which the online: "Catalog Raffle - Life Begins in the Kitchen" will be conducted and held. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and execution of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these rules and our website.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA"). For purposes of this contest, we formally elect domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Buzón 20000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.

1. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be in effect on the island of Puerto Rico from January 12 to February 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Any entries submitted after the aforementioned dates and times, as well as those that do not include all requested requirements, will be considered void.

2. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years of age who during the Period from January 12 to February 16, 2026 have followed the contest mechanics steps.

3. CONTEST MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is by completing the form indicated at www.IKEA.pr. and confirming participation by validating their email through the email they will receive after completing the form (with the participant's information). The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so correct registration of personal information will be necessary.

4. EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") and related companies are excluded.

5. WINNER SELECTION: 3 winners will be selected through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be a winner, the contest mechanics indicated in point 3 must have been completed.

6. PRIZE: 1 purchase voucher valued at $300 for the first selected, valued at $200 for the second selected, and $100 for the third selected. The purchase voucher amount cannot be used to pay for transportation or assembly services and will not be exchangeable for another voucher or cash value.

   The date range in which winners can use these vouchers in-store or at the delivery point spans from February 23 through March 31, 2026 inclusive.

   The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase voucher, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability as a result of acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher or participation in the Promotion.

   The use of a purchase voucher never generates new purchase vouchers.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The raffle winner will be published through Instagram and Facebook stories on February 20, 2026 on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. Winners will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email address provided by winners in the form submitted to participate, indicating the steps to validate their prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to contact within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will select an alternate winner.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 9. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be resolved under the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect on the website www.IKEA.pr.

10. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

11. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Free Associated State of Puerto Rico, in particular the Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these rules.
